Baseline Kompetensi Individu IPMA
The IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (IPMA ICB) is the basis of assessment for the IPMA Four-Level Certification (4-L-C) System. Using the IPMA ICB as a baseline, the IPMA ICR has been developed with the primary aim of ensuring a process that is harmonised, universal in its interpretation and reliable for certification purposes. Together, they form a benchmark for the competence that should be expected of professionals that manage projects, programmes and portfolios.
